Aligned Personal growth courses for curious humans
Cohort One · Founding Circle · June 2026

External excellence through internal mastery.

A six-month mastermind course for women who want to go within and build richer lives.

Aligned is a new practice built on decades of transformational work. This is the first cohort, and you can be part of it from the start.

The invitation.

You sense something is ready to shift.

We saw the need for this experience in working with women. Throughout 2026, we’ve sensed a shift. For some, it’s a sense of success without fulfillment. For others, it’s that they have had great external results, but getting there has led them to burnout. Some are navigating a life transition and are being invited to rediscover who they are in this new season. Others feel good, but want to continuously improve their relationship with themselves.

As the world changes rapidly, we deeply believe that women with inner strength will lead the way in building the grounded world we hope will emerge. Through this work, you are invited to deepen your relationship with yourself, expand what feels possible, and lead your life from a place of greater truth, wholeness, and inner power.

Aligned is six months of that work. The path to clarity, courage, and alignment.

Cohort + Course

Cohort One is capped at ~12 women. Tuesdays, late mornings, six months together, live on Zoom. Each session is recorded for cohort members who cannot attend live, but the work happens in the room.

Dates

June 23 to November 24, 2026

Time

11:30 AM to 1:00 PM ET

Cadence

1st & 3rd Tuesdays

Format

Live on Zoom

Structure

Two sessions a month. Two rhythms.

Each session focuses on the monthly theme and includes instruction, group discussions, and Q&A. The curriculum follows the Soul Coaching Model across six months, from arrival and foundation through to purpose.

First Tuesday of the month

Teaching, Discussion, Q&A

Focused on exploration of new concepts, introspection, and discussion.

Third Tuesday of the month

Coaching, Embodiment, Practice

Live group coaching. Nervous system regulation. Breathwork. Somatic movement. Hot seats. The tools and practices that make the teaching embodied rather than understood.

The six months build on each other. Each month goes deeper:

1 Arrival & Foundation Form the container. Build safety, shared language, and group practices.
In month one, we build the container: establish safety, learn the Soul Coaching Model, and locate where you feel most stuck.
2 The Self Who you actually are vs. the version you’ve constructed.
In month two, we explore the gap between who you actually are and the version you’ve constructed to get through life.
3 Ego & Belief Name the machinery. The beliefs that run you and the coping patterns that protect them.
In month three, we name the core beliefs running your behavior and the coping patterns (control, judgment, defensiveness) that keep them in place.
4 Shadow Face what’s hidden. The parts you’ve disowned and the patterns you can’t see.
In month four, we face the parts you’ve disowned, the projections, triggers, and hidden strengths, and begin surrendering the illusion of control.
5 Integration Apply under pressure. Stress-test the frameworks in your actual life.
In month five, we apply the full framework to your actual life, work, relationships, body, money, and stress-test it under real conditions.
6 Purpose What emerges when the construction is cleared. Articulate and commit.
In month six, we return to what emerges when the construction is cleared. Articulate your purpose, make commitments, and close the arc together.

Your facilitators.

Chris Sarris

Chris Sarris

Co-facilitator

Chris developed the Soul Coaching Model, the six-ring framework at the center of this work, across 22 years and more than 20,000 hours of transformational practice with individuals and groups. But Chris will tell you his greatest accomplishment isn’t found in programs or hours logged. It’s in the ongoing inner work he continues to do each day. He leads from that place.

Jillian Lorenz

Jillian Lorenz

Co-facilitator

Nervous system regulation, breathwork, and somatic movement: Jillian brings the embodied work of helping women reconnect with their voice, their body, and their truth. Over 20 years in the wellness industry, she co-founded, scaled, and successfully exited The Barre Code, a nationally ranked women’s fitness franchise. Her work has been featured in Forbes and The Wall Street Journal, and Michigan State recognized her contributions with an honorary Doctorate in Business.

FAQs.

What is a cohort-based course?
A cohort-based course is a structured learning experience where a small group moves through the material together on a shared schedule. Unlike self-paced programs, the group is the product. You learn from the facilitators and from each other, in real time, with the accountability and depth that only comes from a committed circle.
I’m already in therapy. Is this different?
Yes. This is not therapy and we are not clinicians. Aligned is coaching and group work focused on patterns, alignment, and embodiment. Many women in past circles have done both simultaneously and found they complement each other well. If you need clinical support, we will say so directly.
What does “inner work” actually look like in practice?
Teaching sessions walk through the Soul Coaching Model, a six-ring framework for understanding your True Self, your patterns, and what is actually running your life. These sessions include group discussion and Q&A. Embodiment sessions involve breathwork, nervous system regulation, somatic movement, live coaching, and hot seats. There is pre-work between sessions. It is active participation, not passive listening. You will be seen, and you will be asked to show up honestly.
What benefits or outcomes should I expect to see?
Women who do this work consistently report greater clarity about what they actually want, less reactivity in relationships and high-pressure situations, and a more grounded sense of identity that isn’t tied to performance or external validation. The outcomes are internal first: how you feel, how you relate, how you make decisions. They reshape the external over time.
I have a full life already. Can I realistically commit to this?
The sessions are 90 minutes, twice a month, at 11:30 AM ET on Tuesdays. Pre-work is roughly 30 to 60 minutes per teaching session. Women who have done this work before are the ones who protect this time the way they protect any other non-negotiable. Sessions are recorded if you truly cannot make one.
Is this religious or spiritual in a way that requires specific beliefs?
No. We use the language of soul, inner work, and truth because those words point at what we mean. There is no doctrine, no denomination, and no requirement that you hold any particular belief. Women from many faiths, and from no faith, have done this work and found it home.
How is this different from a typical group program?
Most group programs are built around external goals: strategy, accountability, optimization. Aligned is built around inner work. The patterns, beliefs, and behaviors underneath your external results. We are not helping you do more. We are helping you meet the person who has been doing it all.
What if I start and realize it’s not right for me?
Have the conversation with us. This is a relational container, not a transaction. We will figure it out together.
